Applying for Graduation Deadline Dates
Applications for graduation are accessible via the mySDCCD portal, click "Apply for Graduation" under the My Success Path pagelet on your homepage. Official transcripts from all colleges attended MUST be on file along with a Transcript Evaluation Request before submitting the Application for Graduation.
Fall 2024 |

Deadline to file an Application for Graduation ONLY for students transferring to a CSU in Spring 2025 who are completing an Associate in Arts for Transfer (AA-T) or an Associate in Science for Transfer (AS-T). |

November 15, 2024 |
Deadline to file an Application for Graduation and be a Fall Graduate. |
Spring 2025 |

February 15, 2025 |
Deadline to file an Application for Graduation for students transferring to a CSU in Fall 2025 who are completing an Associate in Arts for Transfer (AA-T) or an Associate in Science for Transfer (AS-T). |

March 15, 2025 |
Deadline to file an Application for Graduation and ensure their name will be included in the commencement program. |

April 30, 2025 |
Deadline to file an Application for Graduation and be a Spring graduate. Students filing after this date will be Summer graduates. |
Summer 2025 |

July 31, 2025 |
Deadline to file an Application for Graduation and be a Summer graduate. Students filing after this date will be Fall graduates. |
IGETC Certification |
Submit request to SDCCD by June 30, 2025 |
IGETC/CSUGE Certification |
